Service Fulfillment
Upon successful engagement, clients will receive confirmation via email along with access to our secure client portal for document upload, communication, and status tracking. Turnaround time for services varies based on the nature and complexity of the engagement and is communicated during onboarding.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of personalized tax and accounting services, all payments made are generally non-refundable once service has commenced or deliverables have been provided.
However, partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment or billing error.
- Service not rendered due to client cancellation before commencement.
- Inability to complete the service due to reasons attributable to Kewal Krishan & Co LLC, and not the client.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@kkca.io within 7 days of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services under the following conditions:
- Before Service Starts: Full cancellation permitted with a refund (less any administrative or onboarding fees if applicable).
- After Service Commences: No refunds will be issued. However, clients may request to pause or defer the service under certain conditions.
Cancellations must be requested in writing to support@kkca.io and are subject to review.
No Guarantee of Outcome
We strive to deliver our services with the highest standards of professionalism and diligence. However, we do not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g., tax refund amount, approval from IRS, loan qualification, etc.), as these depend on numerous regulatory and client-specific factors.
